Variations: color shade differences, small irregularities, minor chips and crazing may occur (normal and expected for Zellige).
Surface & Edges: slightly uneven surface with hand-cut, non-rectified edges.
Thickness: typically 8–12 mm, with natural variation from piece to piece.
Dimensional Tolerance: variations of ±1–3 mm; installation with adjusted joints is recommended.
Use: suitable for interior walls, kitchen backsplashes, showers (with proper waterproofing), and fireplaces.
Outdoor / Freeze Resistance: not recommended in freeze-thaw climates without technical evaluation.
Heat & Moisture: resistant to normal household heat and humidity when installed on a compliant substrate.

Installation

Installation: use C2S-type adhesive or equivalent; double-buttering recommended; use fine cement grout or compatible epoxy grout.
Blending & Layout: mix tiles from multiple boxes to distribute natural variation; dry-lay before installation.
Cleaning: use pH-neutral cleaners only; avoid acids, abrasives, and descalers.
Maintenance: no sealer needed on the glaze; regrout or replace single pieces if required.
Safety: inert material with no VOCs; safe for food-adjacent areas once cleaned.
Artisanal Character: each tile is unique; visual differences are inherent to authentic Moroccan Zellige.
